Schedule verified against the USDA state issuance rules for Florida. Reviewed October 2026.
Florida SNAP deposit dates use the strangest system in the country: your date comes from the 9th and 8th digits of your case number, read backwards, spread across the 1st through the 28th of every month. Nobody works that out on their own, which is why the full table is below. This page shows you exactly how to find your two digit number, every deposit date, the separate schedule for SUNCAP recipients, and what a missing deposit usually means.
How to Find Your Number in 20 Seconds
Take your Florida case number from your approval letter or your MyACCESS account. Count to the 9th digit, write it down, then write the 8th digit after it. Ignore the 10th digit entirely.
Example: if your case number is 1234567890, the 9th digit is 9 and the 8th is 8, so your number is 98, and the table below says your benefits arrive on the 27th. Backwards, yes. That is Florida.

Your date is fixed. It does not move for weekends or holidays, and benefits load around midnight at the start of your day. Your approval letter and your MyACCESS account also state your deposit day outright, which is the easiest way to confirm you read the digits correctly.
On SSI? SUNCAP Pays in the First Three Days
Florida runs a separate food program called SUNCAP for many SSI recipients, and it follows a different, faster schedule. SUNCAP and cash assistance load during the first three days of the month: two digit numbers 00 through 33 on the 1st, 34 through 66 on the 2nd, and 67 through 99 on the 3rd.
If you receive SSI, that program follows its own federal calendar with early payments around holidays, which we map month by month in our SSI payment schedule guide.

- Recount your digits. The backwards reading causes more confusion than every other issue combined, so check the deposit day printed in your MyACCESS account against your table reading.
- Log in to MyACCESS and look for a pending recertification or requested documents. A stopped deposit is nearly always a case issue, not a payment failure.
- Check your balance any time at 888-356-3281, the EBT customer service line on the back of your card.

Frequently Asked Questions
What time do Florida SNAP benefits load?
Around midnight at the start of your scheduled day, every month, weekends and holidays included. If the balance is still empty by morning, the issue is the case, not the clock.
Why does Florida read the case number backwards?
It is simply how the state built its issuance system, spreading millions of deposits evenly across 28 days. There is no action to take, and your two digit number never changes as long as your case number stays the same.
Does everyone in Florida get paid by the 28th?
Yes. Regular SNAP lands between the 1st and 28th, and SUNCAP and cash assistance land in the first three days. Nobody’s regular schedule runs past the 28th.
My deposit day changed. Why?
Your case number changed, usually because a case was closed and reopened rather than recertified on time. New case number, new 9th and 8th digits, new date. The current day always shows in MyACCESS.
Do Florida deposits come early before hurricanes?
Sometimes. When a major storm is forecast, the state has issued benefits early in affected counties, announced through DCF and local news. Separate disaster benefits, D-SNAP, open only after a declaration and are announced county by county.

Check My Benefits in 2 Minutes →Write your 9th digit, then your 8th, find the row, and that is your date every month of the year. MyACCESS confirms it in plain English if the digit counting feels risky, and a deposit that skips a month is a paperwork flag, not a lost payment.
